I offer supervision either face to face, online or by telephone.  I work with counsellors from different geographical locations within the UK and can offer supervision to those working with adults, young people and I have a special interest in supporting trainee counsellors, having been a counselling tutor in the past.  

I am currently working in private practice as an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and supervisor incorporating Person Centred, Gestalt, CBT, IFS, Inner Child and TA theories.  The supervision theories I draw on are Hawkins & Shohet’s Seven Eyed Process Model and Delworth & Stoltenberg’s Developmental model. In my private practice, I specialise in working with anxiety, depression and trauma, also young people.

My qualification is the CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Supervision.
